RESOLUTION NO. 4961
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR __~BLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREASg the City Councilor the City or Anaheim 1s
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owners or said property ha ve orfered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest or the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND J. MOORE and VIOLET M.
MOORE. husband and wife .
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel or land described as follows:
The Northerly 8 feet of the Southerly 174.50 feet or
the East 66.00 reet of the Westerly 528.00 reet or all that
certain real property situated in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
De Santa A.na, and described according to a Sectionized Survey
or said Rancho as the East half of the Nt or the Nt of the
NWt of the NWt of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aocept a conveyance or said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim bet and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($loOO)~
