RESOLUTION NO. 4960
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utilitv purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said pr~perty ha ve offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT S. BEGOLE and BETTY S.
BEGOLE, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for public utilitv purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Northerly 8 feet of the Southerly 174.50 feet
of the Westerly 66.00 feet of the Easterly 132.00
feet of the East half of the North half of the
North half of the Northwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the Cit~
of Anaheim be~ and he is her'sby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($LOO)"
