A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o~ Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property ~or
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha 8 offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o~ the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GENERAL MILLS. INC.. a Corporation
of the State of Delaware
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for public uti lity purposes, ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly 10.00 feet of the Westerly 820.00 feet
of the Northerly 660.00 feet of the NWi of the NEt of
Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base & Meridian.
SUBJECT to easements and encumbrances of record.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahe~m aocept a oonveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be$ and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners o~
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
