A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF ANAHEIM CAUSING A RECORD OF CAllVASS
OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE ENTERED
UF<m ITS MINUTES.
WH?RWoAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has cavassed
the returns of a certain special annexation election held on the 21st
day of April, 1959. in certain unincorporated territory sought to be
annexed to said City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS. said City Council has caused a record to be made of the
cavass of returns of said election. which record is entitled. " RECORD OF
CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL AlTIlEXATION ELECTION HELD APRIL 21. 1959" ;
and
~~S, the City Council finds that the total number of votes
cast in said election in favor of annexation was 209. and that the total
number of votes cast against said annexation was 241 .
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RElSOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that said record of canvass of returns of said election be. and
the same is hereby. ordered entered upon the mintues of said City Council,
and that no further proceedings be taken in said annexation.
THE FOREGOING P3S0LUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th
day of April. 19.59.
