CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AX
EASEMENT FOR ROAD ~ PUBLIC UTILITY FURFOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council ot the City ot Anaheim i.
d.sirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
publi8 purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
"PUrposes ; and.
WHEREAS, .the ownerS of said property ha~ o"ired to
8ell and convey the same to une City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City o~Anahe1m
to accept said offer and purchase said real pr.pe~t7.

tornia, to be used for road and pnblic utility purposes .,

PARCEL 1: The Northerly 60 feet and the Easterly 4.5
feet of the Northerly 265.06 feet of the Easterly 2182.22
feet of the. North half of the 'North half of the North-
east quarter of Sect ion, 27. Township 4 South. Range
10 West. S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom that portion of land described in
deed to Louis M. Rubin. recorded February 16. 19.59,
in Book 4.587. Page 154. Official Records of Orange
County.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 74.68 feet Southerly
of the North line of the Northeast quarter of Section
27, Township 4 South. ~e 10 West. S.B.B. & M.. and
4.5.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said Northeast
quarter, said point being the the beginning of a curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 1.5.00
feet: thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
