A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD.AND PUBLIC UTILITY FURFOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o~ Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for roadand:publicutility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have ofte~ed to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City o~ Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real propertyo
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DAN E. VA.IL and BAllll.ARA M. VAIL,
husq~d and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for ~Jl.sem~nt fO/, !\ad a:nd :public utility ~oses ,
and more particularly describe as 0 ows:
An easement for road and publiC utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured to the center
line of Euclid Avenue) of the Northerly 66.00 feet
of the Easterly 300.00 feet of the East 5 Acres of
the North 10 Acres of the South 30.00 Acres of the
Southeast quarter (SEt) of the Northeast quarter
(NEl)of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
