A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIn
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING. 'rHE CITY OF AliAHEIM,
BY THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK, TO EIl'rER nr'ro A
CONTRACT WITH REDEL, INCORPORATED FOR A REPOR'r
AND EVALUATION OF ANTINOISE AND ANTIVIBRATION
PROVISIONS IN THE PROPOSED NEW ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Redel Incorporated has submitted to the City
of Anaheim an Amended Proposal, No. p-58-55, under date o~
December 4, 1958, for the evaluation of antinoise and anti-
vibration provisions of the proposed new zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of entering into a
contract with Redel, Incorporated for such evaluation under the
terms provided in such proposal,
NOW, THRRi:FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Oi ty Council of
the City of Anaheim, that an agreement be made and entered into
by and between the City of Anaheim and Redel, Incorporated tor
a report and evaluation of antinoise and antivibration provisions
in the proposed new zoning ordinance, the terms and conditions
of which agreement shall be as follows:
1. That the City shall accept Redel's proposal to make
such evaluation, and that Redel shall make the reports as
required by such proposal.
2. That when and if such report is made, the City shall
pay to Redel, Incorporated the remuneration specified in sack
proposal, which proposal shall, by reference, be made a part of
said agreement.
3. That if additional noise and ~ibration tests are
requested by the City, Redel, Incorporated shall make, and
shall be paid for each noise or vibration teat the sum of
$11.00 and for combination noise and vibration teata at the
same site, the sum of $15.00 for each test.
4. That Redel, Incorporated shall make a report OD the
measurements specified in the proposal within six (6) weeks
from the date of execution of said agreement and the City shall
pay Redel, Incorporated at the rate specified in the proposal.
5. That the report on the noise and vibration situation
at the Interstate Adjuste.. facility at 805 East Center S\reet,
ADaheim, California, shall be made separate ~om Redel, Incorpor-
ated's report and recommendation as to the performance standards
in the proposed new zoning ordinance.
