IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-57-58-54.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 17th day of
June, 1958, the City Council eiid adopt Resolution No. 4594
approvinl t~e reclassificati~n of t~e property described in
Reclassification No. F-57-58-54 from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRIC1JLTURAL ZO"~E to C-l, NEIGEBOREOOD-COEEERCIAL ZONE, upon
the conditions set forth in said resolution; and
'tllJEREAS, tLe City Council does find that the
conditions in said resolution have not been complied with by
the applicant, and that the resolution approving said reclassifi-
cation should be rescinded and said proceedings terminated;
lIJOW, 'l'HEREl<'ORE, BE I'1' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City o~ Anaheim that Resolution No. 4594 heretofore adopted,
approvin(~ the reclassification of the property in Reclassification
No. F-57:"5E-54 be, and the same is hereby rescinded, and that the
reclassification proceedinss be, and they are hereby terminated.
