A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PtlBLIC UTILITY PlJ'RR)SES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property ~or
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and w.blic utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have oftered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim that the offer of JOIm C. MULDER and VEIm.A. 11. MULDER:
MARTIN J. MULDER and FJlRN MULDER; and A. W. ~.ALIJI!' and 1IMJlLID T.AI.aLEY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility ll1lI"Doses ,
and more particularly described as follows:

said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
