A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD.Am) PUBLIC UTILITY PIlRPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilU,.
PlU"llOses ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve oftered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City ot Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o~ the
City of P.naheim that the offer of GUST A. URSON and L. GLADYS LARSON.
