A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSF.S.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinafter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and pllh1in lli:i1i~y
purposes ; an
WHEREAS, the owner or said property ha!-- offered to sell
and convey the same to the-crity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim rinds that
it 1s for the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City or Anaheim that the orfer of FLORENCE E. TAYLOR. a married
woman
to s.11 to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Calif-
ornia, to be used ror an easement ror road a ses,
and more particularly escribed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53 feet (as measured at
right angles from the monumented center line or La Palma
Ave.) of that parcel of land located in the City or
Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California, described
as follows:
The Northerly 127.70 feet of the Easterly 250 reet of
Lot 39 of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a map made by
William Hamel in December, 1868, and filed in Book 3,
Page 163 of Los Angeles County Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Councilor the City
of Anaheim, and that the City or Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tte City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, andehe is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out of General Funds of the City or Anaheim, the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
