RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR HIGHWAY AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for highway and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of CARL J. BLECK, a
single man, to sell to the City of Anaheim the following de-
scribed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement for
highway and public utility purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for highway and public utility purposes
over, under and across a strip of land 60 feet wide,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, being a portion of the South half of
the West half of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S. B. B. & M., lying 30 feet on each
side of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
Shields Drive, 60 feet wide, with the North line of
Tract 2864, as said intersection is shown on the
map of said tract recorded in Book 88, pages 20 and
21 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence North 00 16' 07" West 0.07 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 300 feet; thence Northwesterly
along said curve, through a central angle of 10 30' 55"
an arc distance of 7.93 feet to a point on the South
line of Tract 2755, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 112, pages 31 and 32 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, said last mentioned
point being also the point of intersection of the
South line of said Tract 2755, with the center line
of said Shields Drive, 64 feet wide, as shown on said
last mentioned map.
The side lines of said 60-foot strip shall be
shortened or lengthened so as to terminate at the
North line of said Tract 2864 and at the south line
of said Tract 2755.

the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
