RESOLUTION NO. 67R-lOS
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF M~AHEIM TElli1INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PEID1IT NO. 144
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION'NO.' 7401 NULL AND VOID.
W.tlEREAS, the City Council did'heretofore, on November
28, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7401 granting Conditional Use
Permit No. 144 permitting the establishment of a trailer park on
the property generally described in said resolution, subject to
certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has recom-
mended to the City Council that said conditional use permit be
terminated, inasmuch as subsequent to the adoption of said reso-
lution subject property was reclassified R-3, Multiple-Family
Residential Zone, and R-3 apartments have been constructed on
the northerly portion thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that none of the con-
ditions set forth in said conditional use permit have been complied
with by the owner of subject property, and that all proceedings
in connection with Conditional Use per.mit No. 144 should, there-
fore, be terminated and Resolution No. 7401 declared null and
void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use-Permit No. 144 be, and the same are hereby ter-
minated; and that Resolution No. 7401 be, and the same is hereby
declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of February, 1967.
