A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A G~T DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AN EIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
r~ad and public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ERNEST M. LOPEZ and
AGNES G. LOPEZ, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of california, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the westerly 32 feet as measured at right
angles to the center line of Webster Avenue, formerly
known as Webster Street, of those parcels of land
described as f.ollows:
PARCEL ONE: Lot 10, Tract 787, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 24, page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County. EXCEPT Parcel Three.
PARCEL TWO: The East 300.32 feet of Lot 3, Block A of
Tract 787, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 24, page 9
of said Miscellaneous Maps.
PARCEL THREE: That portion of Lot 10, Tract 787, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 24, page 9 of said Miscellancequs
Maps, heretofore reconveyed on July 25, 1928 described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10;
thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot, a distance
of 50 feet; thence at right angles Southerly a distance of
25 feet; thence at right angles to the West line of said
Lot a distance of 50 feet: thence Northerly along the West
line of said Lot 10 a distance of 25 feet to the point of
beginning.
The Grantors herein have an undivided 1/20th interest only
in the above described Parcel Three.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
21st day of February 1967
