RESOLUTION NO. 67R-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRM~T DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR A RIGHT OF WAY
FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
a riqht of way for street purooses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THE CORPORATION OF THE
PRESIDING ~ISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY
SAINTS, a utah corporation sole,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the city of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
a riqht of way for st~eet purposes
, an more particularly described as follows:
A right of way for street purposes over the East
45 feet of the South 325 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the
City of Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
