RESOLUTION NO. 67R- 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COm~CIL OF THE
CITY OF ANMfEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUIT-
CLAIMING ALL VEHICULAR ACGESS RIGHTS TO
DUNE STREET FROM THE REAL ,PROPERTY HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring all vehicular access rights to Dune Street
across the hereinafter described real property bordering on Dune
Street; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
quitclaim the same to the City and has tendered to the City a
Quitclaim Deed quitclaiming said vehicular access rights to the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said Quitclaim Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Quitclaim Deed executed by The
Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter Day Saints, a Utah corporation sole, quitclaiming to
the City of Anaheim all vehicular access rights to Dune Street,
as said street is shown on a map of Tract No. 3824, recorded in
Book 146, Pages 4 and 5, Hiscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, from the following described parcel of real
property:
The South 325 feet of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana.
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2lst day of February, 1967.
