RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLU'l'ION NO. 4.283 RE-
LATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN AREA
OF THE CITY.

WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City ot Anaheim did
heretotore, to wit, on the 17th day or December, 1957, adopt
Resolution No. 4.283, in reclassirication proceeding No. F-57-58-20,
tinding and determining that the property therein described should
be changed to ditterent zones as more particularly set torth in
aaid resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does rind that the deacription
ot the property proposed to b. reclassitied, as contained in said
Resolution No. 4283, is erroneous and should be corrected; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does rurther tind that Condition
No. 1 in Resolution No. 4283 reads as tollows:
"1. That the owners or subject property deed to the City
ot Anaheim a strip ot land 57 teet in width tram the
center line ot the street along Brookhurst, tor
street widening purposes, and a strip ot land 45
teet in width trom the center line ot the street
along Orange Avenue, for street widening purposes."
AND WHEREAS, upon turther investigation the City Council
rinds that a strip or land 60 teet in width trom the center line
ot the street will be required along Brookhurst Street, tor street
widening purposes, and a strip or land 32 teet in width from the
center line or the street will be required along Orange Avenue, ror
street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does rurther tind that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change or zones
and completing said proceeding;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City ot Anaheim that Resolution No. 4283, adopted December 17, 1957,
be amended as follows:
1. That the description or the real property mentioned in
said resolution be corrected to read as rollows:
"The North halr or the Northeast quarter or the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter ot Section 18,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
EXCEPTING THF.R~FROM the West 2 acres."

That Condition No.1 in Resolution No. 4283 be amended
to read as tollows:
"That the owners of subject property deed to the City
or Anaheim a strip of land 60 reet in width from the
center line or the street along Brookhurst Street, ror
street widening purposes, and a strip or land 32 teet
in width trom the center line ot the street along Orange
Avenue, tor street widening purposes."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 4283 be and remain in full foree and effeot.
AND BE I'l' FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attol'lley be, and.
he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Couneil an amendment to Artiele IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim
Humicipal Cede to amend said Anaheim Munioipal Code to aoooaplish
the object herein round and determined to be neoessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of February, 1958.
