ANAHEIM Jl'INDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE
OJl' ZONE IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY,
AND THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUM IC IPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED TO ACCOMPL ISH
SAID CHANGE OJl' ZONE.
WH!R~S, the 'City Planning Commission ot the City ot Ana-

WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the

1. That the owner of subject property deed to the Cit7
ot Anahei. a strip of lud 53 feet in width from the
center liBe of the street, along Magnolia Avenue for
street widening purposes.
2. That the owner of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim C-l Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City 4.ttorney.
3. That an executed copy of an agreement between the
owner of subject property and the developer of Tract
No. 3300 be filed with the Cit7 of Anaheim, which
agreement shall contain a provision to the effect
that all street improvements or engineering require-
ments of the City of Anaheim in connection with the
above described property will be included with the
street improvement plans for Tract No. 3300, and
that said improvements will be made at the time of
the construction and installation of street improve-
ments in Tract No. 3300.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object
herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
