A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A CHANGE
OF ZCI4! IS NECESSARY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY,
ANI) THAT ARTICLE IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM
MURICIPAL COD! SHOULD BE AMENDED TO ACCOMPLISH
SA 10 CHANGE OF ZONE.
WHEREAS, the 'City Planning Commission ot the City of Ana-
hela hat heretotore duly pasled and adopted a resolution declaring
Its Intention to change the boundaries of the zone or zonn herein-
aft., mentioned and delcrlbed and did tlx a time and place for the
holding ot a public hearing thereon In the manner and as prelcrlb.d
In ~tlcle IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and did duly
hold and conduct such public hearing to consider laid propoled change
of lone or zone., and did receive evidence and reports from person.
Int.,ested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following the
fln.1 hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by
ror..1 resolution its findings or facts and declare it. opinion. and

of the Anaheim Municipal Code to effect the proposed chang.. In the

WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of
the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon fix the

ing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearlrig
and did give all persons Intere.ted therein an opportunity to bl
h..rd and did receive evidence and report., and did th.r.upon con-
sider the recommendatlonl or the City Planning Commlt.lon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and det.rmine that the

FAMILY RlSIDElTLlL OlE, apon the ~olloviig conditions:
1. That the owners or subject property place or
record standard City or Anaheim R-3 Deed Re-
strictions. approved by the City Attorney.
2. That detailed plans of the baildings to be
erected on subject property be presented and
accepted by the City Council berore an Ordi-
nance changing said zone is aaopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object
herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
