RESOLUTION NO. 4337
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.4NAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROA.D AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
d.sirous of purohasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and >>_&110 u~111~
DurDOS.8 ; an~
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha~ ofrered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it 1s for the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
acoept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

and more particularly escri e as ollows:
An easement for road and public utilit~ purposes over,
under and aoross the westerly 30 feet (as measured at
right angles to the oenter line of Citron Street) of
that parcel or land looated in the City or Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The Northerly 56 reet of the Southerly 967.50 feet of
the Westerly 140.75 feet of Lot 40 or Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a map made by William. Hamel in December
1868, and filed in Book 3, Page 163 or Los Angeles County
maps in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyanoe of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, andehe is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City or Anaheim, the
sua of One Dollar ($1.00).
