A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OlP
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR liOJ.D .un PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim is
d..irous of purchasing the hereinarter described real property tor
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utilitx-
puru9R.. ; an~
WHERlAS, the owner. of said property ha~ ortered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it 1s for the benerit and best interest of the City or Anaheim to
accept said otter and purchase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 30 feet (as measured to
the center line of Citron Street) of that parcel ot
land located in the City of Anaheim, County ot Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a pOint in the center line ot North Citron
Street distant 967.50 feet Northerly trom the inter-
section with the center line or West North Street and
North Citron Street; thence Easterly parallel with the
center line of West North Street 140.75 feet; thence
Northerly parallel with the center line ot North Citron
Street 70 teet; thence Westerly parallel with the center
line of West North Street 140.75 feet to the center line
of North Citron Street; thence Southerly along the center
line of North Citron Street to the point ot beginning,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, andBhe is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds or the City or Anaheim, the
sua ot One Dollar ($1.00).
