RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
d..irous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and Dublic ut~litx-
Ptirooses ; ana--
WHERBlS, the owner of said property hai-- offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it 1. tor the benetit and best interest of the Cityot Anaheim to
accept said otfer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BURTON ZOUL. a sin~le mAn.

situated in the City ot Anaheim, County of Orange, State ot Calit-
ornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility ourooaes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land located in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Begin1ing at the intersection of the monumented center
lines of Ball Road and Los Angeles Street; thence N.
1503211.511 Vv. along the center line of said Los AngeJ.es
Street 213.19 feetd thence S. 7402011511 W. 50 feet;
thence S. 15032115 E. 147.37 feet to a point, said
point being in a line parallel with and 50 feet Northerly
as IDeasured at right angles to the monumented center line
of said Ball Road; thence Southwesterly and parallel with
said center line of Ball Road 155.63 feet; thence S.
1503211511 E. to the center line of said Ball Road; thence
N. 89055115" E. along the said center line of Ball Road

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council ot the City
ot Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, andBhe is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
sua of One Dollar ($1.00).
