A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD A;jD PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
~S, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
d.sirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility Durooses ; and
WHIRI&S, the owner of said property ha~ offered to sell
and convey the same to the~ity; and
WHERElS, the City Council of the City of A~aheim finds that
it il for the benefit and best interest of the City ,of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOli, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
