RESOLUTION NO. 4642
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council o~ the City o~ Anaheim is
desirous o~ purchasing the hereina~ter described real property ~or
public purposes, to wit: An easement ~or public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner s o~ said property have o~~ered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council o~ the City o~ Anaheim ~inds
that it is ~or the bene~it and best interest o~ the City o~ Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City o~ Anaheim that the o~fer o~ Raymond Spehar and Estelle K. Spehar,
husband and wife; and Raymond E. Perrier and Mary Mar~aret Perrier.
to sell to the City o~ Anaheim the ~ollowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County o~ Orange, State o~ Cali-
fornia, to be used ~or public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as ~ollows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 5 feet of that
parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly 150.00 feet of Lot 1 of Kellogg
Homestead Tract lying Westerly of the East three
acres of said Lot 1, as shown on a map filed in
Book 8, Page 51, Records of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 277 feet.

o~ Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance o~ said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
