RESOLUTION NO. 4441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIO UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement tor road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s or said property have orfered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City or Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Robe~t F. Hall and Edna M. Hall,
to se to the City of Anaheim the rol owing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
rornia, to be used ror road and public! utility purposes
and more particularly described as ro11ows:

An easement for road and publ~c utility purposes,
over, under and across the Southerly 25.25 feet
of that parcel of land descri~ed as follows:
Lot 2 of Tract No. 255, as s~wn on a map filed
in Book 14, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange Oounty, Oalifornia.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahei~ accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
