A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-57-58-55,
AS REQUESTED BY APPLICANT.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 19th day of
May, 1958, the City Planning Commission did adopt its Resolu-
tion No. 270--Series 1957-5B recommending to the City Council
that Reclassification No. F-57-58-55 be denied; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommenda-
tion of the City Planning Commission the City Council did
thereupon fix the 17th day of June, 1958 as the time and the
council chambers in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim as
the place for a public hearing upon said proposed change of
zone and did give notice thereof in the manner and as pro-
vided in Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, at the request of t he applicant -- due to
illness -- the hearing on said reclassification was continued
by the City Council to June 24, 1958, and on that date again
con tinued due to the absence of said appl icant; an d
WHEREAS, said applicant has now requested the City
Council to terminate all proceedings in connection with
Application No. F-57-58-55 for a change of zone, and the City
Council does find that said request should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
with Application No. F-57-5B-55 for a change of zone, be, and
tffi same are hereby terminated, and that no further action
be had or conducted under said reclassification.
THE R)REGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 8th day of July, 1958.
