RESOLUTION NO. 4618
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public uti1itv
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Ci ty of Anaheim that the offer of ANNA CLAJRE,MAUERHAN. MILDRED V.
MAUERHAN and GRACE L. TAYLOR
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 60 feet (as measured at
right angles to the monumented center line of Katella
Avenue) of that parcel of land described as follows:
The West half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base & Meridian.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be. and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
