RESOLUTION NO. 4604
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CHAMBERS ESTATES, a partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for public utility rurposes ,
and more particularly described as fol ows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
those parcels of land located in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, and being portions of Tract No.
2369 as shown in Book 74, Pages 1 to 16, inclusive, of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of ti~e County Recorder of said
Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Lot
~7 of said Tract 2369 distant North 0029154" West 5.00 feet from
the Southwest corner of said Lot 87, said first mentioned point
being the true point of beginning; thence, North 84026'04" East
101.90 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 87, said
point bears South 0029'54" East 46.00 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Lot 87; thence, along the Easterly line of said
Lot 87 South 0029'54" East 10.00 feet to a point; thence, South
84026'04" West 101.90 feet to a point on the Westerly line of
said Lot 87 which bears South 0029'54" East 5.00 feet from the
Southwest corner of said Lot 87; thence, along the Westerly line
of Lots 87 and 88, North 0029'54" West 10.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
PARCEL 2: The Northerly 10.00 feet of the Southerly 14.00 feet
of Lot 90 of said Tract 2369.
PARCEL 3: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot
156; thence, along the Northerly line of said Lot 156, North
89033'02" West 9.00 feet to the Northerly te~inus of said center
line of easement and the true point of be~inning; thence, along
said center line of easement South 0029'54" East 107.58 feet to
the Southerly terminus of said easement, said Southerly terminus
also being on the Southerly line of said Lot 156 and bears South
89030'06" West 9.00 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 156.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out or General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
