RESOLUTI ON NO. 4574
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!'HE CITY
OF AIAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 110. 4341 RE-
LATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN AREA
OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council o~ the City o~ Anaheim did
hereto~ore, to wit, on the 4th day o~ February, 1958, adopt
Resolution No. 4341, in reclassification proceeding No. 1"-57-58-10,
~inding and deter.Mining that the property described in said reso-
lution should be changed ~rom the classification o~ R-l, Single-
Family Residential Zone, to R-3, Multiple-Family Residential Zone,
as more particularly set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the property included in said reclassificatian
is described as:
Lots 1 to 11, both inclusive, and Lots 68 to
74, both inclusive, o~ tentative Tract No.
3142;
and said original Tract No. 3142 has now been divided and the
property included in thia_reclassification is now in ~ract No.
2225, and ia described as follows:
Lots 1 to 19, both inclusive, in Tract No.
2225.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City o~ Anaheim that Resolution No. 4341, adopted February 4,
1958, be amended by correcting the description of the property to
read as follows:
Lots 1 to 19, both inclusive, in Tract No.
2225.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 4341 be, and remain in full force and effect.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this lOth day of June, 1958.
