A ,iESGLUTION OF THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING fi.ESOLUTIUN NC. 3465 RE-
LATING TG A CHANGE OF ZCNE IN A CEHTAIN AREA
GF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did heretofore,
to wit, on the 11th day of September, 1956, adopt Resolution No. 3465,
in reclassification proceedings No. F-56-57-I, finding and determining
that the property therein described should be changed to a different
zone, as more particularly set forth in said resolution; and

Condition No.4 in Resolution No. 3465, reading as follows:
"4. That the c.outh side of the property be
reserved for parking, the North side to
be allowable for the erection of build-
ings. "
be deleted from said resolution; and
'.!HEREAS, the City Council finds that since the commencement of
said reclassification proceedings the property described in said Resolution
No. 3465 has been subdivided and a tract map filed, and said property is
now described as Tract No. 3288; and
WHEREdS, after further discussion of said reclassification and
consideration of said request for deletion of Condition No. 4 in Resolution
i,o. 3465, the City Council does find that the property described in said
resolution and now included in Tract No. 3288 should be changed to the
following zones, upon the conditions hereinafter set forth:
That Lots 1 and 15 of Tract No. 3288 be changed
from E-l, SINGLE-FAHILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, to
C-l, NEIGHBORHOUD-COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
That che remainder of said property, being Lots
2 to 14, both inclusive, be changed to R-3,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the foll')wing conditions:
1. That a six-foot masonry wall be erected on
the south side of subject property.
2. ThClt all buildings to be erected on Lots
Cj to 14, both inclusive, be limHed to one
story in height.

3. That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim C-1 and R-3
Deed Restrictions covering the respective
areas, approved by the City Attorney, and
that the R-3 Restrictions limit the build-
ings erected on Lots 9 to 14, both inclusive,
to one story in height.
AND \oiHEHEAS, the City Council does find that an ordinance has
never been adopted directing said change of zone and completing said
proceedings;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o~
the City o~ Anaheim that Resolution No. 3465, adopted September 11,
1956, be and the same is hereby amended as ~ollows:
That the property included in said resolution,
now described as Tract No. 3288, be changed to
the ~ollowing zones, upon the conditions herein-
a~ter set ~orth:
That Lots 1 and 15 be changed ~ram R-l, SINGLE-
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-
COMMERCIAL ZONE; and
That Lots 2 to 14, both inclusive, be changed
to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the ~011owing conditions:

said Resolution No. 3465 be and remain in full ~orce and e~~ect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 o~ the Anaheim
Municipal Code to ronend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish
the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
