RESOLUTION NO. 4537
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND ~UBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes~ to wit: An easement for road and public utility
9ur~oses ; and
WHEREAS~ the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim rinds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of N. D. C. CORPORA'rION, a

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby~ authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property~ out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
