A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
; and
WHEREAS~ the owner s of said property ha ve of1'ered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council 01' the City of Anaheim 1'inds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said o1'fer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ARTIIDR N. YATES and ROSA E. YATES,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an e",sement for 'Jub1ic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners o~
said real property~ out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
