A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF' ANAHEIM AMEND ING RE::SOLUT ION NO. 3l6~_
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. L192.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wi t, on the 28th day of
?ebruary, 19S6, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
3164 0ranting Variance No. 492; and
WHEREAS, Condition No.3 in said resolution is as
fo 11 ows :
"3. That the buildings be constructed accord-
ing to plans submitted, entitled 'The
Bunoalowcraft Co. Dwellinqs No.2' --
Plans Nos. D-138 and D-146.11
ANI: 'VHERSAS, a request has been made for clarifi-
cation by the City Council of Condition No.3, and revised
plans of the buildings proposed to be copstructed on the
property described in Resolution No. 3161) have. been submitted
to the City Council for review and substitution for the
plans mentioned in Condition No.3; and
.WHEREAS,- the Ci ty Counc i 1 finds that said revi sed
plans should be accepted and that Condition No.3 of Resolu-
tion No. 3l61~ should be amended to allow acceptance of the
revised plans submitted and elimination of the plans desig-
nated in Condition No. J;
NO.'!, THEREFORE, Be IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Condition No.3 of Resolution No.
3164, granting Variance No. 492, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"3. That all buildings be constructed in accord-
ance with revised plans submitted to the
City Council, and that said revised plans be,
and they are hereby, made a part of Variance
No. 492, and shall apply to all lots.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this ?Oth day of May, 1958.
