RESOLUTION NO. 4519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WALTER R. PEITZKE. a sinale man:
and A. RUTH PEITZKE, a single woman
tosell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and publii utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 32 feet (as
measured at right an91es to the monumented center
line of Loara Street) of that parcel of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California. described as follows:
The North 67.00 feet of the East 180.00 feet of
the N~ of the SW~ of the ~ of Section 9. Township
4 South. Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
