A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLlC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and pUblic
utility pprposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property ha~ ortered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim rinds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the
City of Anaheim that the offer or GENERAL IvIISSIONARY BOARD OF THE
FREE METHODIST CHURCH OF NORTH AMERICA. a Corooration
to sell to the City or Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Cali-
rornia, to be used ror road and public utilitv our~ose8 ,
and more particularly described as rollows:
An easement ror road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land located in the City or
Anaheim, County of Orange, State or California, described as
rollows:
All that certain real property lying within the Koerfler
Tract, a resub of Lot 40 of Anaheim extension, as shown on a
map of Record of Surveys, filed in Book 2, Page 26, records of
said Orange County, California,
Beginning at a point in the Center line of North Citron
Street, distant 837.50 feet Northerly from the intersection
with the Center line of West North Street and North Citron
Street; thence, Northerly along the said Center Line or North
Citron Street 75.75 feet; thence, Easterly parallel with the
said Oenter line of West North Street 30.00 feet; thence,
Southerly parallel with the Center line of said North Citron
Street 60.74 reet to a point, said point being the beginning
of a curve concave Northeasterly; thence, Southerly and Easterly
alon~ said curve having a radius of 15.00 feet through a central
angle of 90003'30", a distance of 23.59 feet; thence, Westerly
parallel with the said center line of West North Street 45.01
feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
