A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDIID RESOLUTION NO. 4163
RELATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN
AREA OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on the 15th day of October, 1957,
adopt Resolution No. 4163 in reclassification proceeding
No. F-56-57-86, finding and determining that the property
described in said resolution should be changed from the
classification of R-A, Residential Agripultural Zone to
M-l, Light-Manufacturing Zone, with a P-L Zone along
certain designated streets, subject to the conditions set
forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the property included in said Resolution
No. 4163 is described as:
Lots 2, 7 and 8 of Helen and Lynch Addition,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California;
AND WHEREAS, tqe owners of a portion of the area
,above described do not wish to comply with the conditions
imposed by the City Council and set forth in Resolution
No. 4163, at this time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that Lots 7
and 8 should be excluded from tre property described in
said Resolution No. 4163ralld
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has neVer been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4163, adopted
October 15, 1957, be amended as follows:
That the description of the real property
mentioned in said resolution be corrected
to read as follows:
"Lot 2 of Helen 'and Lynch Addition."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 4163 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
