RESOLUTION NO. 4445
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
uuruoses ; and
WHEREAS, the ownerA- of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMBS A. LUKRVS and FLORENCE B.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-

and more particularly described as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land located in the City of Amaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the monumented
center line of Santa Ana Street and Placentia Avenue, aa said
intersection is shown on a map of Tract #1565, filed in Book
49, Pages 20 through 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, California; thence, N 0.10'55" E along
said center line of Placentia Avenue 231.16 feet; thence,
S 74031'15" W 30.61 feet to the true point of beginnin~; thence,
continuing S 74031'15" W 23.97 feet; thenoe, S 0.10'55 W
parallel vith said center line of Placentia Avenue 186.56 feet
to a point, said point being the beginning of a curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence, Southerly
and Westerly along said ourve through a central angle of 740
20'20" an arc distance of 19.46 feet to a point in a line
parallel with and 32.00 teet Northerly (as measured at right
angles) from the monumented center line of said Santa Ana
Street, thenoe, S 74031'15" W parallel with said center line
of Santa Ana Street 42.97 feet to a point in the East line
of Lot 103 ot said Tract #1565; thence, S 15023'45" E 7.25
feet; thence, N 74031'15" E parallel with said center line of
Santa Ana Street 76.29 feet; thence, N 0010'55" E parallel
with the center line of said Placentia Avenue 205.46 feet to
the point of true beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
