RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and ~ublic utilitv
purpORes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the fo lowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and DUbllf' utility DurDoses ,
and more particularly describea as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 53 feet (as
measured to the monumented center line of Ball
Road) of that parcel of land looated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
The Easterly 200 feet of the Westerly 494.00 feet
of the Southerly 236.00 feet of the sWi of the
swt of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
