RESOLUTION NO. 4443
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of RO~ AA RF.r.T. and RlmT.AR RA RF.r.r.,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road an! pUblif utility purpos.. ,
and more particularly describe as fo lows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 32 feet (as measured at
right angles to the monumented center line of Loara
Street) and the Southerly 32 feet (as measured at right
angles to the monumented center line of North Street)
of that parcel of land located in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Lot 3, being a portion of Section 9, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, 8.B.B. & M., as shown on a record of
survey map made for F. W. Fleishmann, tiled in Book 1,
Page 56, Records ot Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 386.05 teet, also EXCEPT
that portion described as tollows:
Beginning at a point 315 teet West ot the East line of
said Lot 3 on a line parallel with and distant 386.05
feet Southerly from the North line of said Lot 3, thence
Southerly parallel with said East line 240 teet, thence
Southwesterly 380.3 feet to a point on the West line of
said Lot 3, distant 743.75 feet, South trom the North-
west corner thereof, thence North 357.7 feet, thence
East 362 feet parallel with said North line to the point
of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out or General Funds of the City or Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
