RESOLUTION NO. 4441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLTAM H. GRE'RF.T. and EVA MARIE

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53 feet (as
measured at right angles to the monumented center
line of Placentia Ave.) of that parcel of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, deseribed as follows:
That portion of Lot 16 of Anaheim Extension as
shown on a map by William Hamel on file in the
office of the County Recorder, Reeords of Los
Angeles County, California, more particularly
deseribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Placentia
Avenue, said point being located 195.84 feet S 0.05'15"
W from the intersection of said center line by the
center line of South Street, running from said point
of beginning S0005'15" W 73.00 feet to the SE Corner
of that certain parcel of land conveled by deed re-
corded 10-28-47 in Book 1590, Page 187 Official
Records of Orange County, California, thence S 74.
36'05" W 299.70 feet to the SW Corner of said parcel,
thence N 15045'25" W 70.34 feet along the West line
of said parcel, thence N 74036'05" E 308.76 feet to
the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
