RESOLUTION NU. 4428
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE PAYN'HrI
OF DEMANDS AGAI~ST THE CITY AS OF
March 25. 1958

WHEREAS, the City Auditor has submitted to the City Council
for its examinatio~ consid~ation and approval, demands a9ainst the
City as of Mar 2.5. 19'~ --Warrants No. 11.8.5'4- to
12.013 , both inclusive, totaling $328.084.4'7
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all of said demands are
proper and should be paid, except
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all
of said demands, except
be, and the same are hereby, approved and the City Auditor be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to issue warrants therefor.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to pay said warrants upon presenta-
tion to h5m by the pe:rsons enti.tled to receive payment thereon, or their
c11Jly authorized repre!:entat1.ve3.
