RESOLUTION NO. 4849
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C01lTNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR STRnT AND HIGij.WAY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for street and hi~way

WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property ha-A- offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-

A perpetual easement and right-of-way for street and highway
purpose. in, over and on the real property in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Parcell: The North 53.00 feet of Lot 8 of The Kellogg
Homestead Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 8, Page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of said County and State.
Parcel 2: The West 32.00 feet of the South 582.00 feet of
the North 635.00 feet of Lot 8 of said Kellogg
Homestead Tract.
Parcel 3: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of
the North 53.00 feet of said Lot 8 with the East
line of the West 32.00 feet of said Lot 8; thene.
Easterly, along said South line, 14.87 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius 15.00 feet; thence Southwesterly,
along said curve, an arch distance of 23.43 feet through
a central angle of 89030'00" to the end of said curve
in the East line of the West 32.00 feet of said Lot 8;
thence Northerly, along said East line, 14.87 feet to
the point of beginning.

Reserving unto the Grantor the right of access over,
along and upon the above described parcels.
Subject to reservations, restrictions and conditions
of record.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
