A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAt PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPO~S
WHEREAS, the owner~ of sai~ property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best imterest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase sai~ real property.
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

fornia, to be used for an easement fo~ street purposes

An easement for street purposes over those portions of
J. W. Clark's Addition to Anaheim, in the oity of Anaheim,
county of Orange, state of Califotnia, as per map reoorded in
book Jl page 100 of Miscellaneous Records, 1n the offioe of
the county reoorder of Los Angeles County, Oalifornia, and
of Helen and Lynch's Subdivision as per map recorded in book
442 page 158 of Deeds, records of said Los Angeles County,
California, located in the city of Anaheim, county of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Broadway
and Landing Road (now known as Euolid Avenue), as shown ..,C)tl

being also the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 10,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West; thence South 190.00 feet

the center line of Euclid Avenue, to the beginning of a curve,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
