RESOLUTION NO. 1+837
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL
TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION AN ENCROACHMENT
PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF
UNDERGROUND CONDUIT AND ELECTRIC WIRING ACROSS
AND BENEATH THE ALLEY AT THE REAR OF THE BANK
OF AIVlERlCA BUILDING AT 150 EAST CENTER STREET,
ANAHE IM.
WHEREAS, the Bank of America National Trust and Savings
Association has requested that an encroachment Permit be granted
to it for the construction and installation of underground conduit
and electric wiring across and beneath the alley at the rear of
the Bank of America Building at 150 East Center Street, Anaheim,
California, to make electrical connections between said bank
building and the annex now being erected on the parking lot across
the alley from said Bank of America Building; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is desirable
and necessary that such underground conduit and wiring be installed
to connect said Bank of America Building and said annex;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an encroachment permit be, and the same
is hereby, granted to Bank of America National Trust and Savings
AssociatIon to construct and install such underground conduit
and electric wiring across and beneath the alley at the rear of
the bank building at 150 East Center Street, in the City of
Anaheim, as is necessary to make electrical connections between
said bank building and said annex now being erected on the parking
lot across the alley from said bank building, said construction
and installation to conform to and comply with the requirements of
the City Engineer, the Director of Public Utilities, and the
Director of Public Works of the City of Anaheim, and to be made
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all costs and engineer-
ing requirements be paid for by the Bank of America National Trust
and Savings Association.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of November, 1958.
