RESOLUTION NO. 4866
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AED PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DAISY CONROW OLMSTEAD,a married woman,
as her sole and .~parate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 20 feet of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Lot 8 of Tract 483 as shown on a map thereof filed in
Book 17, Page 20 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
The above described easement is granted subject to the
following condi tio~ "The Grantor will na; be liable
for the cost of installing curbs and gutters or for the
paving of the street."

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
