A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOWTION NO. 2840
AID TERMINA'l'ING ALL PROCEEDINGS II RECLASSIFI-
CATION NO. F-54-55-38A.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 12th day of July 1955,
the City Council did adopt Resolution 10. 2840 approving the reclassifi-
cation of the property described in Reclassification No. F-54-55-38A
frOll R-A, RESIDENTllL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-2, GENERAL-COMMERCIAL ZONE,
upon the conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the conditions in
said resolution have not been complied with by the applicant, and that
the resolution approving said reclassification should be rescinded and
said proceedings terminated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2840 heretofore adopted, approrlng
the reclassification of the property in Reclassification No. F-54-55-38A
be, and the same is hereby rescinded, and that the reclasaification pro-
ceedings be, and they are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
18th ~ of November, 1958.
