RESOLUTION NO. 4830
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDDlG RESOLUTIOlf NO. 3977
AID TERMINATING. ALL PROCEEDINGS III RECLASSIFI-
CATION NO. F-56-57-76.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 9th day of July; 1957,
the City COllDcil did adopt Resolution No. 3977 approving the reclassifi-
cation of the property described in Reclassifieation No. F-56-57-76
from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE to M-l, LIGHT MAlUFAC'l'URING
ZOD, upon the conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the conditions in
said resolution have not been complied with, and that the resolution
approving said reclassification should be rescinded and said proceedings
tel'lllinated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3977 heretofore adopted, approving
the reclassification of the property in Reclassification No. F-56-57-76
be, and the same is hereby rescinded, and that the reclassification pro-
ceedings be, and they are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
18th day of November, 1958.
