A RESOLUTION' OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.AN.AHEIM TERMHlATIJ(G ALL PROCEEDINGS IN RECLASSIFI-
CATION 110. 1"-53-54-30.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit:
on the 10th day of August, 1954, hold a public hearing upon
a petition for a change of zone from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL
ZONE, to R-O, SUBURBAN-RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and R~OO, ONE-FAMILY
SUBURBAN-RESIDENTIAL ZONE, in reclassification proceedings
No. 1"-53-54-30; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said
reclassification proceedings have not been completed and
said change of zones effected, and that in view of the time
Which has elapsed since the filing of the petition for said
change of zones, said reclassification proceedings should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with re-
classification No. 1"-53-54-30 be, and the same are hereby,
terminated.
THE FOREGOIIIG RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of November, 1958.
