A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN

WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim 1.
desirous of' purchasing the hereinaf'ter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement f'or road and llublic utilib
-purpose. ; and
WHEREAS, the o'Wtler s of' said property have ofrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of' Anaheim finds
that it is for the benef'it and best interest of' the City of Anaheim
to accept said off'er and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
