ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN

WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter desoribed real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror ro.d and public utllit7

sell and convey the same to the City; and
